We are seeking an Operations Analyst for our Operations team within the Shared Service Centre in Palma.
The purpose of this role is to monitor, support and report on the performance and quality of Opreations with a specific focus on Transfers and the related processes, to optimize the service levels provided to our clients.
Furthermore, to support the users in the applicable destination offices who are responsible for Transfer Management and ensure that they have all relevant information tools and information to effectively set up and manage their operations in an optimized way.
