Description of function:

The Sales Executive’s main objective is to generate new business to the company through the following responsibilities:?




* Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

* Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through commercial trips, cold calling and networking.

* Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.

* To maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities by continued prospecting.





Some other responsibilities include:?




* Account Management of around 10 existing accounts.?

* Beyond individual objectives, to embrace and promote good teamwork spirit.?

* Recording of commercial activity in the appropriate management system.?

* Responding to and following up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.?
* Working closely with the project team in the early stages of new sales, and maintaining continuous awareness of project status to identify potential issues and/or opportunities related to the project.
* Providing two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.?

Requisitos mínimos
Requirements:



* Excellent command of English (written & verbal).
* Strong communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
* Proven commercial skills required in order to maintain and enhance customer base.
* Undergraduate degree / HND equivalent.
* Commercial experience in IT / Telecommunications related market would be a plus.
* Ability to negotiate and liaise with prospects and customers.

* Although not an absolute pre-requisite, we would prefer candidates with an academic background in a relevant subject (Telecommunications Engineering, Satellite engineering, IT/Networking or computers/programming).

* Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
