About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen to join our Spa Department.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Oversee and set up the daily operationsaccording to Talise standards, ensuring smooth functioning of all spa areas.


• Replenish all necessary items in the spa promptly and maintain inventory levels by requesting and collecting stock and supplies as per minimum stock levels.


• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the spa facilities, including water maintenance, cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment maintenance, and locker room tidiness.


• Assist therapists/practitioners in preparing for treatments or baths when needed and maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of equipment.


• Direct members/guests to appointments, assist them with using sauna, steam, whirlpool, and ensure stocking of amenities and toiletries.
