At OmniAccess we are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition & People Specialist with exposure to tech-sector profiles and generalist HR capabilities to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for recruitment, eager to shape the company’s talent landscape and make a direct impact on our growth. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition within the Tech-sector, is passionate about recruitment, especially for technical roles, and brings a hands-on attitude to support other HR areas in a growing company. This is an on-site position in Palma and offers a great opportunity to work closely with the business in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Talent Acquisition (Main Focus):


- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technology-driven roles in Cloud, IT, Cybersecurity, Networking, and Satellite Communications.


- Partner with hiring managers to define needs, write job descriptions, and execute sourcing strategies.


- Support them in the full recruitment processes by guiding and advising them throughout the full process,


- Share with Hiring managers market and company culture-based and recruitment best practices and training them in the ATS system.


- Conduct CV screening, interviews, and candidate assessments and follow up all parties involved (Hiring managers, candidates, Head-hunters, etc.).


- Track recruitment KPIs and support employer branding efforts.


- Lead Head-hunter/Recruitment agency relationship management.


Secondary Responsibilities


•Employer branding and EVP


- Work in liaison with the Performance, Dev. & People Specialist, other cross-functional HR areas, Departments and Marketing to drive initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.


- Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience.


- Analyse hiring KPIs and propose improvements to attract top talent and keep the company on top of the market.


- Work closely with HR colleagues and leaders to strengthen company culture and drive continuous improvement.


•Onboarding & Offboarding:


- Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes, documentation, and system registrations.


- Identify opportunities to optimize employee lifecycle touchpoints.


•HR Support as People Specialist:


- Support core HR processes including employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, benefits administration, and HR systems.


- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, team events, and internal communications.


- Provide support to HR projects such as internal surveys, data analysis, and reporting.


- Collaborate with the People Ops & Payroll Lead and HR Compliance & People Specialist to ensure accurate recordkeeping and local compliance.

Requisitos mínimos


Skills & qualifications:

•Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruitment, ideally for IT/Tech roles; experience in a generalist HR role is a plus.

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.





•Languages: Fluent English and Spanish, other European language is a plus.

•Talent Acquisition Enthusiast: Passionate about identifying and securing top talent to help drive company success.

•Strong organizational skills.

•Familiarity with ATS or HRIS platforms (e.g., Bizneo, Leapsome, or similar).

•Proactive & Independent Thinker: Ability to assess situations, anticipate needs, and take initiative to solve problems efficiently.
