Job Purpose:

As Data Scientist, you will be the responsible on proactively fetching information from various sources and analyse it for better understanding about how the business performs, and to build AI tools that automate certain processes within the company.



Main Accountabilities and tasks:

Rapidly architect, design, prototype, and implement architectures to tackle the Big Data and Data Science needs for Adecco Business
Research, experiment, and utilize leading Big Data technologies, Data Lakes, SQL and no SQL databases, Microsoft stack will be a plus.
Extending companys data with third party sources of information when needed
Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems
Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
Building high quality prediction systems integrated with our products


Requirements:

Technical knowledge

Programming languages: Python (R will be also considered)
Big data analytics, data mining and predictive analysis
ML/DL general knowledge:
Supervised learning techniques: linear and logistics regression, Bayesian networks, random forest, xgboost, ANN,Unsupervised learning techniques: hierarchical and agglomerative clustering, ontology models
ML/DL framework stack: Keras/Tensorflow, Scikit-Learn, Numpy, Pandas (Pytorch will be also considered)
Data engineer knowledge: databases management, cluster architectures, programming/scripting languages and data processing systems
Experience

Required:
At least 4 years of proven experience as data scientist
Experience working with relational databases
At least 2 years of experience with programming, data analysis, problem solving and algorithm developing
At least 2 years of experience with python and SQL
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
