?? Role Description:

As the Development Manager for road transport service hubs at ABEI Energy, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and evaluating sites with potential for secure truck parking, EV charging stations and other related services in strategic locations.

?? Your main responsibilities will be:

* Identify and evaluate sites with potential for secure truck parking, EV charging stations and other services in strategic locations.


* Analyze factors such as traffic flow, fleets demand, demographics, local regulations and grid access.


* Establish initial contact with landowners and local authorities.


* Collaborate with technical and legal teams on feasibility assessment.


* Coordinate all the permitting, licensing and negotiation during the development phase.

??Requirements:

* Background in areas such as sales engineer, retail expansion manager, urban planning, real estate management or similar.


* At least 4 years of experience in commercial location analysis or real estate development.


* Knowledge of the road transport sector, electric vehicle market and charging infrastructure.


* Analytical skills.


* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


* English Mandatory.
