??About the Role:
Based at the Madrid office and reporting to the O&M Manager of the EPC-O&M Department, the selected candidate will carry out tasks related to the planning, organization, execution, supervision, and reporting of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) activities for ABEI's photovoltaic solar plants and grid connection infrastructures.
??Responsibilities:

Planning and Organization of the O&M Service: Planning and implementation of the operational structure of suppliers and contractors necessary to execute the O&M tasks for the assigned plants.
* Planning, implementation, and management of the required material resources.
* Execution and Supervision of the O&M Service.
*
Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Plan for the assigned plants.
* Monitoring and control of the execution of O&M services by suppliers and contractors through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) platforms.
* Fault diagnosis and action proposals.
* Financial management of contracts with suppliers and contractors.
* Management of technical and operational documentation related to the service.
* Stock and Warranty Management.
* Annual improvement plan for facilities.
* Stakeholder management: suppliers, contractors, authorities, etc.
* Operation: Supervision and monitoring of facilities through the plant’s SCADA control system.
* Organization of on-call duty in remote mode (alternating weekends).
* Performance analysis of photovoltaic plants and availability.
* Technical support to the Engineering Area of the EPC-O&M Department.
* Periodic reports on activities performed and incidents addressed, along with production analysis, performance ratio (PR), and availability (D) of the facilities.
Requisitos mínimos
??Requirements:
* Electrical/Electronic Technical or Higher Engineering Degree; specialization in power electronics, central inverters, transmission lines, and substations is an asset.
* Languages: Spanish + Competent in English (mostly for client interactions and reporting).
* Experience with PV SCADA and CMMS systems; general office software proficiency.
* Minimum of 3 years working with central solar inverters; experience in substation and/or high voltage line maintenance is a plus.
* Verifiable references required.
* Valid Class B driving license for occasional travel to solar plants.
