Fraud Solutions - Technical Engagement Manager
Your Role
to deliver a top-tier client experience.
This is a customer-facing role that combines technical insight with relationship management.
You will be the trusted advisor and point of contact for clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from our fraud prevention solutions.
Responsibilities:
•Customer Ownership
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing the relationship and serving as the trusted advisor on Trusteer-related needs and escalations.
•Proactive Engagement
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with customers. Anticipate needs, deliver value-based guidance, and support the long-term success of fraud prevention initiatives.
•Technical Issue Management
Take full ownership of customer challenges, investigate issues using technical knowledge, and coordinate resolution using internal resources.
•Customer Advocacy & Product Liaison
Translate customer requests into clear, actionable inputs for internal development, support, and product teams (“the lab”) — including technical issues, feature enhancements, and integration requirements.
•Clear & Timely Communication
Ensure prompt, professional communication with both customers and internal stakeholders. Maintain consistent updates on issue status, project progress, and roadmap alignment.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams including Deployment, Security, Support, Product, and Sales to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
minimum 5 years of experience
•Experience in a technical customer facing role such as pre/post-sale engineer / technical account manager/integration engineer
•Ability to work with both technical teams (e.g., analysts, engineers) and business stakeholders
•Self-motivated, quick learner, and comfortable navigating internal knowledge bases and documentation
•Solid understanding of web technologies (XML, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, REST API etc)
•Experience with Database and writing SQL queries
•Familiarity with network topologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, firewall, load balancer proxy etc)
•English – Advanced / Professional
