The Master Data Solution Specialist will have the following:Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Work with SAP MDG as global master data governance platform.
· Provide best practices around Master Data Management.
· Be the primary owner of all support related service requests (master data changes), incidents, problems, as well as changes for the applications in scope (SAP MDG, CTRM). Assure level 1 and 2 support and, where applicable, escalate accordingly.
· The Solution Specialist will follow up on Service, Incident and problem management with vendors, as applicable.
· The Solution Specialist will facilitate the development of the solution support and knowledge repository, as well as helping to maintain the service catalogue for the in-scope application(s).
· Coordination between the different vendors and internal teams (business process owners, key users etc.)
· The Solution Specialist will need to improve current set of SLAs and SLA metrics with the vendors and ensure delivery according to the defined KPI's.

The Master Data Solution Specialist will have:Candidate Profile
· A bachelor's degree in IT, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Finance and related fields.
· A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant master data management, consulting or industry experience.
· Experienced in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP MDG. Profound and in-depth experience with master data.
· Experience with Jira SM, Service Now or other IT Service Management Tools (as a plus).
· ITIL Foundation certification (nice to have).
· The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
· Excellent documentation skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
· Fluency in English.
