AWWG is the global fashion group that integrates the brands Pepe Jeans London, Hackett London, and Façonnable, and is the licensed distributor for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Spain and Portugal.

The AWWG Internship program is an opportunity to start learning and growing with us as you will work on some of the most exciting and challenging projects our industry has to offer. This is a 6 months program, wtih the possibility to extend other 6 months and join the company after that period.

The project!

As a Site Merchandiser for one of our eCommerce platforms, you will be responsible for enhancing the online shopping experience and driving sales through effective product presentation.

If you have a strong interest for eCommerce trends and analytical skills, this internship is for you!

What will the role entail?

• Optimize Product Placement: Ensuring that products are displayed in a way that attracts and retains customer interest across the multiple markets and according to regional trends, using data-driven insights to feature bestsellers, and new arrivals.


• Analysing Performance Metrics: Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and average order value to inform the trading team and identify areas for improvement.


• Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with trading, marketing, planning, and creative teams

Job Requirements:

• Univeristy Degree or Bachelor's


• Spanish and English are a must.


• High level of Excel and Office Package.


• Some experience in the Ecommerce field is a plus!
