We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer specializing in API development using C#, and client-side development with Node.js and React, to join our enterprise productivity team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to architect, develop, and deliver robust solutions on Microsoft Azure that integrate seamlessly with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will be central to building modern, scalable APIs and responsive client applications that drive the digitalization of business processes. The expectation is to leverage Azure services and M365 capabilities to deliver secure, high-quality solutions in alignment with enterprise standards and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

API & Solution Development:
Design and develop scalable APIs and backend solutions in C# on Azure, with a strong focus on integrating with Microsoft 365 services and automating business processes. Build client-side applications using Node.js and React to deliver modern user experiences across the organization.

Architecture & Standards:
Define technical architecture and best practices for Azure and M365 solution development. Establish coding, deployment, and integration standards—ensuring consistency, quality, and security across all deliverables.

Team Coordination:
Lead and coordinate internal and external development teams, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and solutions align with both business goals and technical standards. Oversee the delivery of high-quality, timely solutions.

Mentorship:
Mentor and guide team members and partners on best practices for C#, Azure API development, M365 integration, and modern client-side development using Node.js and React.

Collaboration:
Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project managers to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver value-driven outcomes using Azure and M365 technologies.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement opportunities to improve and automate business processes by adopting the latest Azure, M365, and modern web technologies.

Standard Practices:
Develop and document standard operating procedures, reusable patterns, and templates for API development, client-side apps, and solution delivery.

Quality Assurance:
Oversee code reviews, automated testing strategies, and deployment processes to ensure solutions are robust, secure, and maintainable.

Your Profile

• 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on building solutions using React, Node.js, and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Azure AD, and API Management, to enable secure and scalable integrations.
• Proven ability to define solution architecture, establish best practices, and lead technical teams in the delivery of high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring and upskilling development teams on modern web and cloud technologies.

Preferred:

• Practical experience with low-code development tools such as Power Platform and n8n, enabling rapid solution delivery and process automation.
• Experience in developing applications that interface with a range of Microsoft 365 services.
• Exposure to integrating with generative AI/ML APIs, such as OpenAI LLMs, to enhance solution capabilities.
• Experience working with external vendor or partner development teams in a distributed, collaborative environment.
• Microsoft certifications in Azure and/or Microsoft 365 technologies.
