Responsibilities Include:

Install, test, and maintain AV equipment and custom systems
Operate video cameras and production switchers for media events
Design and create AV systems tailored to production needs
Manage transmission links and troubleshoot technical issues
Keep up with industry trends and new tech developments
Ensure safety compliance and clear communication across teams
Support live event operations with AV setups and real-time adjustments

? What You’ll Need:
Native/fluent Portuguese (C1) + strong English (C1) communication
Willingness to attend fully paid training (6 months in Romania & Serbia)
Strong photography and camera skills, including exposure and lens use
Hands-on experience with video compositing, chroma keying, and video signal transmission
Background in electronic engineering and AV communication tech
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
Great team collaboration and time management
Advanced IT knowledge and adaptability in fast-paced environments
