What You’ll Do:

• 
  Install & Test Equipment: Set up and test new AV equipment and facilities for seamless operation.


• 
  Advanced Crimping Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in crimping connectors such as BNC, Micro BNC, RJ45, and XLR.


• 
  Configure & Troubleshoot Systems: Configure star networks, scalers, and matrix systems; troubleshoot technical issues creatively and quickly to minimize downtime.


• 
  Virtual Studio Productions: Set up and maintain equipment for virtual studio productions and ensure smooth AV links between different units.


• 
  Custom Circuit Design: Design and build custom AV circuits tailored to unique project needs.


• 
  Broadcast Setup: Set up and operate equipment and transmission links for outside broadcasts.


• 
  Safety & Collaboration: Promote best practices in workplace safety, and collaborate effectively with team members, product owners, and directors.


• 
  Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies to maintain expertise in AV systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (B2 or higher).


• 
  Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of photography concepts (aperture, shutter speed, ISO, exposure) and hands-on experience with cameras, video switchers, and SDI infrastructure.


• 
  Skills in Communication Devices: Expertise in operating video cameras, production switchers, and chroma keying techniques for live production.


• 
  Engineering & IT Knowledge: Experience in electronic engineering and proficient in IT and project management.


• 
  Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting abilities, with a creative approach to technical issues.


• 
  Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
