What You’ll Do:

• 
  Lead & Guide Teams: Oversee the QC and Training departments, ensuring tasks are effectively assigned, and review processes for continuous improvement.


• 
  Ensure Compliance & Effectiveness: Monitor program effectiveness, meet regulatory standards, and identify areas for enhancement.


• 
  Drive Quality Improvements: Develop and implement quality processes, analyze trends, and implement service improvements.


• 
  Manage Performance & Budget: Oversee the performance, feedback, and budget management for QC and Training staff, ensuring adherence to standards.


• 
  Reporting & Communication: Approve reports, present updates, and address complex cases effectively.


• 
  Proactive Planning: Assist in creating review plans and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.


• 
  Recruitment & Development: Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of QC and Training teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Educational Training, or a related field (Master’s preferred).


• 
  Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (B2 or higher).


• 
  Certifications: Relevant certifications in quality management, training, or leadership (e.g., ISO 9001, Certified Trainer).


• 
  Experience: Extensive experience in QC, training, and leadership roles, preferably in iGaming or similar industries.


• 
  Skills: Strong knowledge of quality standards, training methodologies, and industry regulations; proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.


• 
  Leadership & Strategy: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on strategic planning and continuous improvement.


• 
  Adaptability: Resilient and adaptable in managing challenges and leading cross-functional projects.
