Compensation: Base salary + performance incentives
What You’ll Do
Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat & social media
Provide accurate information and support per company policies
Assist with basic troubleshooting and service/product guidance
Document case details and escalate unresolved issues
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Prioritize tasks and manage personal ticket queues efficiently
Share feedback to help improve service and workflows
What We’re Looking For
? Native/Fluent French speaker (C2) + Good English skills (B2+)
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication across all platforms
? Comfortable with learning new software and basic tech support
Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
Team player, adaptable, organized, and eager to grow
Willingness to work rotating shifts, Mon–Fri 6AM–10PM
