Responsibilities:
? Customer Support & Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries via email on topics related to the online marketplace.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Follow established communication procedures and policies.
- Ensure inquiries are handled efficiently, while adhering to company guidelines.
? Decision-Making & Policy Compliance
- Evaluate customer requests and make decisions based on defined policies and guidelines.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and trustworthy online environment.
What You Bring:
Language Skills: Native/Fluent Norwegian (C1) and Good command of English.
Skills & Personality:
Flexible & adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues quickly.
Empathetic and customer-focused mindset.
Conscientious, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent service.
- Interest in marketplaces, shared economy, and new technology is a plus.
Experience:
Previous experience in customer support, content moderation, or online business is an advantage.
