Responsibilities:
Communicate with users via phone, email, and chat
? Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, helpful solutions
Resolve inquiries efficiently within set timelines
Escalate complex cases when needed to other departments
Document actions and categorize bugs or technical issues
Collaborate with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain and update relevant administrative forms
Requirements:
Native/fluent in Dutch (C1) and fluent in English (B2+)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts
Resilient, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
Team player who can also work independently
No previous contact center experience required
