Location: Remote (focused on Egypt, Azerbaijan & Georgia)

Employment Type: Freelance / Contract

Industry: Healthcare Recruitment

Languages: English (mandatory); local languages (Arabic, Azerbaijani, Georgian) are a plus

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in healthcare recruitment

What you'll do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles in Egypt, Azerbaijan & Georgia

Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates

Maintain a pipeline of healthcare professionals for active and future roles

Collaborate with hiring managers and partners to understand staffing needs

Handle all relevant documentation and ensure compliance with local labor regulations

Promote vacancies through multiple sourcing channels and local job boards

? What you bring:

Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting in the healthcare industry

In-depth knowledge of local labor markets in at least one of the specified countries

Strong sourcing and communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Azerbaijani or Georgian is a plus

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
