Act as an IT Business Partner, managing projects and coordinating with global stakeholders and business units.
Work closely with industrial plants to enhance maintenance processes using SAP PM.
Translate complex business and technical needs into clear, manageable requirements.
Support and drive digital transformation initiatives in plant maintenance and asset management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed, multinational organization.
Provide expertise in SAP PM implementation and support.
Identify and implement innovative technologies to improve maintenance and asset management processes.
Lead change initiatives using collaborative and positive methods.

Requisitos mínimos
2-3 years of experience in a functional or technical SAP role within the Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
Strong industrial background in asset management.
In-depth knowledge of plant maintenance business processes and ability to simplify complex technical needs.
Passion for Digital Transformation and eagerness to learn and adopt emerging technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience working in highly matrixed organizations, managing ambiguity effectively.
Ability to align with and work alongside global teams in a multicultural business environment.
