Join a leading European provider of sustainable load carrier solutions, specializing in circular pooling models that optimize supply chains. With over 750 employees and a turnover exceeding €300 million, the company focuses on sustainability and resource efficiency. Its services include customized pallet pool management, covering collection, sorting, repair, and timely deliveries for industries such as construction and packaging. Additionally, it operates an extensive EPAL wooden pallet pooling and banking network with over 250 depots across Europe, facilitating seamless pallet transfers and reducing unnecessary transport





  • Proactively develop new leads and customers by identifying and understanding their needs and aligning our pooling services to add value.

  • Establish, grow, and maintain strong client relationships with a customer-centric approach.

  • Promote and sell our pooling models, including customized pallet pools, EPAL pallet banking, and plastic load carrier pooling, to clients across the logistics and manufacturing sectors.*

  • Develop region-specific sales strategies for Iberia, ensuring alignment with Rotom Group'ssustainable and circular business goals.

  • Identify market trends and competitors, adapt strategies, and provide insights to continuously improve our service offering.

  • Manage multiple pipelines using CRM software and collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient project execution.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales or business development role within logistics or asset management services, with proven success in consultative selling and lead management.

  • Experience in logistics asset management in industries such as construction, packaging,chemicals, transport & distribution, or food & beverage.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders across all levels.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, with additional language skills like Portuguese relevant tothe assigned region is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region to meet clients and prospects.
