Responsibilities:

Review user-reported video content for compliance with platform guidelines

Monitor daily content activity and apply corrective measures

Make fair and balanced decisions based on defined policies

Suggest improvements for moderation processes and user safety

Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism

Requirements:

Native/fluent in Danish (C2), intermediate in English (B1+)

Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

Fast learner and able to adapt to new tools and policies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

High attention to detail and ability to assess content objectively

Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
