Your Responsibilities
Act as the main HR contact in Brazil and help build the local HR function
Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, evaluations, promotions & exits
Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices
Oversee internal policies, payroll setup, HRIS systems, and employee records
Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Handle employee relations and internal investigations
Track HR metrics, analyze data, and recommend process improvements
Facilitate effective communication between HR, Operations, and other departments
What You Bring
Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 in leadership roles
Strong expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and Brazilian labor law
? Proven success managing high-growth HR operations
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
HR certifications (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) are an advantage
