What You’ll Be Doing
Support global clients via chat and email in German and English
Manage client accounts, records, and back-office queries
Deliver top-notch phone support with professional etiquette
Troubleshoot technical issues with Libertex and MT4 trading platforms
Collaborate with Compliance on account approvals and complaints
Promote products and services to prospective and existing clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Contribute to team goals and exceed client satisfaction standards
? Handle additional tasks as needed across departments
What We’re Looking For
? Native/fluent in German with solid English communication (B2+)
Degree in Business or related field
Prior experience in customer support is a major plus
? Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and customer service systems
Familiarity with MetaTrader platforms is a bonus
Available for rotating shifts (09:00–18:00, 10:00–19:00, 12:00–21:00)
