  • Final client|Permanent contract

American company of pool equipment and automation systems located in the south of Madrid, Getafe.





  • In partnership with Human Resources, designs, creates, implements, modifies and tests Workday HRIS functionality

  • Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and functional support for Workday users, focusing on various modules.

  • Evolutive Development: Collaborate on system enhancements and new features, working closely with the global HRIS support team to ensure that all developments are aligned with the company's global standards.

  • Global Integration: You will work in the ERW HR team, with the global HRIS support team to manage and integrate any evolutive work and support that may impact other regions or business units across the company.

  • Data Management & Reporting: Assist in managing data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting ad-hoc data queries.

  • Problem Solving: Provide expert advice and solutions to improve existing processes within the Workday environment.

  • Creates documentation of processes and assists with training users.

  • Project Management: Participate in Workday-related projects, offering input on functional requirements and system upgrades.

  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.




  • Salary 40.000-45.0000 euros + 8% bonus

Requisitos mínimos

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HRIS functional configuration, with a well-rounded understanding of various modules, supporting a mid-to-large-sized business.

  • Proven experience in system support and evolutive development.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate with international teams.

  • French language skills are a plus.
