? Comprobación inicial y continua, con ayuda de IT y Ops, de la correcta medición y recogida de datos
? Colaborar con el strtaegy en la elaboración de un Briefinfg y KPI´s de campaña
? Organización y trabajo sobre los documentos internos y compartidos con cliente necesarios para el buen funcionamiento de los mismos
? Preparación y Activación de Campañas según Plan de Medios
? On going - Seguimiento y revisión diaria de las Cuentas( control de Budget, Delivery Control de KPIS y Objetivos,.).
? Detectar posibles irregularidades de las campañas para solucionarlas
? Enlace con el Dpto. de Operaciones para la buena marcha de los resultados de campaña
? Gestión con el Dpto, de Creatividad y Diseño de las peticiones, cambios y necesidades del cliente en esta área
? Colaborar con strategy en la elaboración y envío y/o presentación de informe a cliente.
? Ayuda en la realización del cierre y facturación mensual

About the Role & Team
As the Head of Design, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual and user experience of our products, driving our creative strategy, and elevating our design culture.
Your primary focus will be on Bigdata.com, but you will be in charge of the entire product portfolio at RavenPack.
You will be responsible for shaping the creative vision and strategy across all design functions, including product design, user research, user experience, user interface, and more. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary design team, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and cohesive design solutions that drive business success. You will be responsible for guiding a talented team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, and aligning design efforts with business goals.
You will lead initiatives that drive high-velocity and high-impact product execution while fostering collaboration across teams. Your responsibilities will span embedded product operations, cross-product coordination, planning, design operations, new product introduction, and integrating the voice of the customer into our strategies.
This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.
The ability to communicate effectively in English both in writing and verbally is a must. Knowledge of Spanish is not a business requirement

What you Need to Succeed
10+ years of experience in design, with a strong track record in UX/UI, product design, and UX research, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience leading design teams through complex product challenges, particularly in fintech, banking, or other highly regulated industries.
Proven experience working on SaaS platforms, with an understanding of the unique design challenges and user expectations in this space.
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing and leading the creation of innovative, user-centric experiences across digital products and brand touchpoints.
Deep understanding of design principles, UX/UI best practices, and product development processes.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineers, product managers, data scientists, marketers, and more to deliver exceptional design solutions.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a history of building and mentoring high-performing design teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to both designers and non-designers.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
Experience leveraging data analytics to inform design decisions, including working with user behavior data, heatmaps, funnel analysis, and other key UX metrics.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
A proactive, results-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable value.
Experience with conducting and interpreting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
