  • You'll be the central point of contact for banking partners, customers, and your team regarding payments and bank administration inquiries, while also handling local banking relationships on behalf of our customers.

  • You will be the person responsible for the management of banking portals, including tasks such as user management (creation, deletion, modification) and bank account administration (account opening, closing, KYC).

  • Management and monitoring of manual payments in Camunda (BPM) and automatic payments in Fiori - SAP S4/ HANA (ERP) and banking portals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Track declined payments.

  • Maintain proper control of bank accounts.

  • Maintain adequate control of user access and rights.

  • Provide controls for JSOX internal audits along with appropriate supporting documentation.

  • Support in new improvement and development projects.

  • Review and document processes, including necessary controls.




  • Experience in a very multinational environment

Requisitos mínimos

  • Relevant university degree and knowledge in accounting and treasury.

  • Proven experience of 3 years in a similar position.

  • High Excel level and ideally Power BI.

  • Experience with ERP SAP FICO.

  • English level C1.

  • Experience in multinational or large companies.

  • Experience in shared service centers is highly valued.

  • Experience in banks and banking portals (Deutsche Bank, Danske Bank, Citibank, La Caixa, Intesa Sao Paolo, NatWest, BNP Paribas, Novobanco, Societe Generale, Unicredit, etc).

  • Additional languages are an asset.
