Lead and support global serialization business tasks
Build processes that meet business objectives and ensure compliance
Assist with implementation of new processes and procedures
Maintain global serialization documentation
Develop and deliver serialization training within the company, and maintaining a register of training needs and records
Assist with development of scope and plans for new market regulations and compliance requirements
Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure all serialization projects are managed on time
Deploys standards across the company with relevant local entities to meet compliance and business requirements
Deploy GS1 standards across the company with relevant local entities to meet compliance and business requirements
Ensures that proper processes are set-up and maintained to manage GS1 standards across the company

The Company has expanded a serialization scope in several sites (regulaotry compliance and business traceability projects). This results in an increase in related serialization activities:
CMO onboarding activities
Regulation projects - ME (UAE phase 2, Qatar, Kuwait), Kazakhstan, India
Need to develop and establish global/local serialization processes and documentation
Increased quantities of serialization requests, issues, support, etc.
Serialization SPOC tasks - affiliates and authorities
More users to be trained for serialization, processes and serialization systems
Continuous processes improvements
The Serialization Business Analyst (SBA) will help with projects to ensure the company remains compliant with all serialization regulations. The SBA will also assist with projects enabling full traceability of aesthetic products, leveraging the serialization platform.
The SBA will be alsp responsible for serialization awareness within the company.
