Reporting to the Head of Capital Markets, your main responsibilities will be:
? Financial risk management:
Monitoring and managing FX exposure (transactional and translational);
Analyzing FX exposure and preparing FX forecasts. Preparing and executing FX deals as per Financial Policy and Hedging Framework;
Collaborating with internal teams (Procurement, FP&A, P2P, financial controllers, etc) on FX management topics and initiatives;
Supporting other teams and external parties (auditors, banks) in everything related to financial derivatives (accounting, hedge accounting, settlement etc);
Analyzing and managing interest rate exposures. Supporting various stakeholders on topics related to IR management.
? Capital markets:
Support the team in the operational management of the Group debt facilities including managing the corresponding TMS contracts, interest accruals and history of the contracts, interest payments and reporting obligations;
Managing Brazil's JV loan: assisting in interest accruals, interest payments forecast and settlement, TP topics etc.
? Financial systems:
Managing FX, IR and Capital Markets related modules of TMS and all corresponding integrations with other financial systems (Eikon, S4HANA, OneStream, FX ALL);
Managing import of financial market data from Eikon into all relevant Financial Systems via DataScope (Eikon's API);
Extracting and analyzing data from the relevant Financial Systems (S4HANA and OneStream), that is required for financial risk management, working capital management, cash flow forecasting;? Ad hoc:
Providing FX rates forecast to FP&A for Budget and FCs;
Providing the Controlling & Reporting team with the Incremental Borrowing Rate for the accounting of lease obligations;
Supporting the cash management team with the inter-company funding framework and cash repatriation initiatives.
