Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
? Investigate and resolve reported cases of inappropriate behavior, policy violations, and fraud.
Identify and escalate high-risk issues, ensuring data confidentiality and security.
Provide empathetic and timely support to users while balancing platform integrity.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve service quality.
Track and analyze KPIs to maintain high-quality moderation standards.
Requirements:
? Native or fluent Hebrew (C2) and fluent English (B2+).
? EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.
? Experience in back-office operations or content moderation is a plus.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.
? Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and empathy.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
? Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system, including nights and weekends.
