CRM Executive EMEA will be responsible for:

About this role

In the middle of changing business needs and market shifts, we want to bring CRM to the next level.
We're looking for a dynamic & motivated professional to take on CRM Challenges in an international and multicultural environment. As a CRM Executive, you will own the CRM strategy and email marketing for both B2B (Clients) and B2C (Candidates) across 4 to 5 diverse European markets, driving impactful engagement and growth.

You will:


  • Campaign Management: create, develop and implement develop, and implement campaigns using our CRM tool (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) in different European countries.

  • Project Management: strategically conceive, plan, organize, and schedule tailored campaigns across Europe, closely collaborating with other channels and local marketing teams.

  • Managing stakeholders: work closely with local Marketing teams in countries as well as peers in the Channel organization from Digital, Content, Studio,… to coordinate an effective implementation of the campaign. Support to Global CRM teams in implementing the global CRM strategy about tools and life cycles.

  • Segmentation strategy: establish & create target audiences and campaigns using our CRM and marketing tools.

  • Multi-channel coordination: oversee the coordination of marketing material production, including copy and image assets, for our campaigns.

  • Analysis of Campaign KPIs: perform post-campaign reporting and present to different stakeholders.

Requisitos mínimos

Required for CRM Executive EMEA:


  • Strong CRM & Tool expertise: demonstrated success in CRM, with expertise in tools (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and driving revenue through CRM activities - good knowledge of automation, personalization, segmentation & CRM best practices.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical capacities, converting data findings into effective strategic initiatives - particularly adept in A/B Testing.

  • Collaborative Communication & attitude: outstanding communication abilities, excelling in collaborative roles, and guiding through impactful influence. Capability to communicate ideas effectively in a straightforward manner. You would define yourself as a team player.

  • Ability to adjust to changes: show adaptability and resilience in rapidly changing environments. Problem solving mindset and a positive can do attitude.

  • Capability to organize tasks effectively: demonstrated through the efficient coordination of tasks, meticulous planning.

  • Excellent level in English is mandatory, good level of French is an important plus
