Stakeholders' management: work closely with CRM Executives & Marketing teams to oversee, develop, and implement campaigns using our CRM tools in different countries.
Segmentation strategy: establish & create target audiences and campaigns using our CRM and marketing tools.
Multi-channel coordination: oversee the coordination of marketing material production, including copy and image assets, for our campaigns.
Analysis of Campaign KPIs: perform post-campaign reporting and present to different stakeholders.
Implementation in EU Region for products coming from Global Product dpt, such as email marketing tools for business, tools migration, lead generation forms, Job Alerts
R&D for new technical solution for CRM Eu dpt, new Automation - dynamic asssets - new email templates - new fields implementation in database
Database investigation to spot new segmentation, new way to impact our database in order to increase retention and convertion
Project management in EU Region for Lifecycle new implementations or fix/improvement of existing ones on a content side, managing timing ans stakeholders such as Local mktg, CRM EU and Global dpts.
Technical assistance on external resources - mailny email (touching HTML) - lead gen. forms implementation - Automation (SQL queries) and journeys
Daily meetings with the external resources in order to keep tasks on track
Be point of contact for EU Local Marketing and EU Team regarding any techical enquries, issue or release.
Recurring meeting with CRM Global Product, Global Lifecycle and EU Local Marketing
Occasional meetings with Global analysts, Webs dpt. - Other CRM Regions - Content Dpt - PEX-PO dpt.
Experience in a very multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)
Requisitos mínimos
Collaborative Communication & attitude: outstanding communication abilities, excelling in collaborative roles, and guiding through impactful influence. Capability to communicate ideas effectively in a straightforward manner. You would define yourself as a team player.
Strong CRM & Tool expertise: demonstrated success in CRM, with expertise in tools (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and driving revenue through CRM activities - good knowledge of automation, personalization, segmentation & CRM best practices and strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical capacities, converting data findings into effective strategic initiatives - particularly adept in A/B Testing and motivated to dive in data independently.
Ability to adjust to changes: show adaptability and resilience in rapidly changing environments. Problem solving mindset and a positive can do attitude keeping a good work environment.
Capability to organize tasks effectively: demonstrated through the efficient coordination of tasks, meticulous planning, and attention to detail.
Excellent level in English and Spanish is mandatory and another EU language is a plus.
