Serve as the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking guests, over the phone, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about park attractions, events, and amenities to enhance guests' experiences and maximize their enjoyment.
Assist guests with ticket purchases, reservations, and itinerary planning, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient service delivery.
Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and diplomacy, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Maintain a welcoming and organized work environment, including the cleanliness and tidiness of the plateau.
Stay updated on park policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure compliance and promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Salary: of 22k gross/year.
Bonus: of 2K gross/year.
From Monday to Sunday from 9am to 9pm in 2 shifts. Two free weekends a month.
Permanent contract of 39hs a week.

Requisitos mínimos
Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
Familiarity with computer systems and software applications for data entry, ticketing, and reservation management.
Knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions is a plus
