As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key contact for our customers in the automotive sector.
Concierge Services: Offers personal assistance for clients, facilitating information, bookings, recommendations, and travel advice. Resolves claims, concerns, suggestions, or queries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Emergency Response: Handles accident-related situations by instantly contacting vehicle occupants and coordinating necessary actions, utilizing vehicle-transmitted data for prompt assistance.
Roadside Assistance: Provides comprehensive support during breakdowns or accidents. Diagnoses issues remotely, organizes repair services, and ensures client mobility by arranging alternative solutions such as replacement vehicles or accommodations.
Vehicle Tracking: Assists in locating stolen vehicles through GPS tracking and data collection, collaborating with authorities to recover the vehicle effectively.
