Reporting to the reporting to the VP Finance Europe, your main responsibilities will be:
* Giving guidance and identifying best ways to increase revenue and profitability.
* Analyze past and current financial data and assess economic and market relevant trends.
* Contribute to achieve the companies long term financial objectives.
* Analyzing financial data and efficiency of all current and new manufacturing locations.
* Contribute on projects with the objective to optimize overall efficiency on European level.
* Contribute to the budget , forecasting and long term plans.
* Create monthly , quarterly and forecast based reports for senior management and other stakeholders
* Support Managing directors of each of the locations to improve cost efficiency.

We are looking someone with a BA in Finance/Economics and at least 7 years of experience in a finance/controlling role, mainly focused in cost/manufacturing controlling activities within a multinational environment. We need someone with an analytic and efficiency's mindset, that would help the several sites in Europe (in 4 countries), helping the management to make decisions based in numbers. Someone that would like to do a challenge to every operation and push them to achieve the goals of the organization.
