Leading company in the distribution sector, headquartered in central Barcelona. It is part of a solid international group and operates a logistics network with several strategically located warehouses across Spain, as well as over 90 stores.





  • Plan and deliver training sessions and awareness campaigns on workplace safety for employees.

  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations across all facilities, including proper use of PPE and safe work protocols.

  • Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and propose corrective action plans.

  • Conduct internal H&S audits and follow up on non-conformities.

  • Manage relationships with mutual insurance companies, labor inspectors, and other official bodies.

  • Actively participate in defining and tracking safety KPIs (accident rate, absenteeism due to injury, number of trainings, etc.).

  • Report to the international headquarters on the safety status of local sites, adapting reports to group standards and requirements.

  • Coordinate with other departments and management to ensure proper integration of the prevention system into daily operations.

Requisitos mínimos

  • University degree.

  • Master's degree in Health and Safety (mandatory with all three specializations).

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an H&S Manager (experience in distribution companies is a plus).

  • Up-to-date knowledge of Spanish occupational health and safety legislation.

  • Ability to lead cultural initiatives in safety (safety culture, zero accidents, etc.).

  • Experience with international standards (ISO 45001, OSHA) is a plus.

  • High level of English (minimum B2-C1), essential for interaction with international headquarters.

  • Proficiency in H&S document management and reporting tools.

  • Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Ability to influence and train others.

  • Effective communication at all levels.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Cross-functional leadership and teamwork.
