The HR Manager will build an HR department in an international company and in a growing context with the support of the HR Director and the team.
Be the leader, the manager and collaborate with the team.
Be the HRBP close to the business and a team of 70 employees.
Be responsible for managing hands-on the payroll with an external provider.
Be responsible for Administration process: implement and optimize HR processes, HR policies, procedures, legal requirements and negotiate collective agreements.
Lead and oversee the major HR projects: implementation of a time management software, an HRIS, with the support of the European team.
Lead & support change management, promote communication in a transition context.
Lead HR Project management: Plan, organize, and execute HR-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within the budget.
Remote working conditions: 2 days per week remote working policy.
Requisitos mínimos
3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position, particularly in payroll, legal and management.
