Our client is a consumer goods company based in Barcelona and part of a multinational group. With over 120 employees in Spain, the company is undergoing a strategic transformation focused on digitalization, operational efficiency, and process optimization at the local level.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Technology Demand Management: Prioritize local IT projects in line with global guidelines and business needs.

  • Internal IT Consulting: Advise management on impactful and cost-effective technology solutions.

  • Digital Transformation: Lead the implementation of CRM, SAP ERP, Office 365, DocuSign, and other key tools.

  • Process Automation & Improvement: Identify opportunities and implement AI, RPA, and emerging technologies.

  • Technology Supervision: Ensure security, performance, and availability of infrastructure, networks, and local systems (with support from a direct report).

  • IT Budget Management: Manage an IT budget of approximately €100,000, maximizing efficiency and return.

  • Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate external service providers, ensuring service quality and cost control.

  • Liaison with Headquarters: Ensure compliance with global IT policies and collaborate with the corporate team.







  • Location: Barcelona office (City center), hybrid model (60% on-site / 40% remote) once onboarding is complete.

  • Travel: Occasional visits to the production plant (Vallés) located less than 1 hour from Barcelona (travel and per diem expenses covered). A personal vehicle is required for these trips.

  • Salary: €50,000 gross annual salary (fixed) + benefits.

  • Team: 1 direct report + coordination with external providers.







Requisitos mínimos

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital transformation projects, ERP (ideally SAP), CRM, and collaborative tools (Office 365).

  • Desirable: Knowledge of cybersecurity, BI, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Strategic and hands-on mindset, results-oriented, with strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written) - a mandatory requirement.
