Purpose of the Role:
The Learning Partner for the Global Business Services (GBS) population will be responsible for executing and sustaining the existing learning and development strategy for approximately 1,700 employees globally. This role is critical in ensuring continuity and momentum during a period of transition, with a focus on credibility, stakeholder engagement, and delivery rather than redefining the strategy.
The Learning Partner will work closely with GBS stakeholders to understand business priorities and skill gaps, while collaborating with the broader L&D team (currently regionally structured) and, in the future, with CoE roles (learning product and journey owners) and GPS (in-country and SSC trainers). The role requires someone who can build trust with senior stakeholders, carry forward existing plans, and maintain alignment with the company's transformation agenda.
