Learning and Development Senior Specialist - Maternity Cover will be responsible for:

As a Senior L&D Specialist, you'll be a trusted learning partner who goes beyond delivery-you'll shape learning that drives capability and performance in critical roles. From deepening tool mastery to developing Management skills and leadership readiness, you'll influence business outcomes through tailored, insight-driven learning experiences. Working closely with the business and P&C, you'll help shape strategic capability priorities while bringing our learning culture to life.

What you will do:

• Learning Programmes - Deliver learning programmes that span the employee lifecycle-from early career through to management and leadership development-ensuring content is engaging, business-relevant, and adaptable to different learner needs.


• Performance Support- Consult with leaders to diagnose performance gaps and work with stakeholders to create targeted workshops or resources; agree metrics to show improvement post-intervention.


• Advanced Soft Skills- Deliver influence, sales, negotiation, and stakeholder-management training for mid-career talent; driving practical application and high NPS.


• Tools & Technology (Advanced)- Deliver deep-dive training on analytics, reporting, and productivity platforms; monitor post-training usage dashboards to verify adoption.


• Learning-Culture Catalyst- Coach managers to embed accountability, collaboration, and inclusion in daily work


• Regional LXP Engagement- Curate pathways and campaigns that lift active-user and completion rates across the region.


• Regional Approach - Supporting delivery and stakeholder engagement across multiple markets.

• Experience in a multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)

Required for Learning and Development Senior Specialist - Maternity Cover:

• 8 + years in L&D, including facilitation for managers / senior audiences


• Strong stakeholder-management and presentation skills; fluent in Spanish, English + additional language is a strong plus (Italian, French, Portuguese)


• Success consulting with business leaders on performance solutions


• Ability to translate business strategy into capability priorities


• Advanced data-analysis skills (learning metrics, impact studies)


• Experience curating content and driving engagement on an LXP / LMS


• Ability to travel region-wide and adapt to diverse cultures


• Knowledge of the recruitment industry and ways of working is a plus


• Background in Education, HR, Organisation Development, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., coaching, facilitation) is a plus
