  • Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives across the different production's plants around Europe.

  • Direct manufacturing and production activities to achieve corporate objectives.

  • Implement best practices, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of excellence to achieve strategic business objectives.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive accountability.

  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and practices.

  • Work closely with various departments, including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.

  • Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems such as ISO certifications.

  • Leverage technological advancements and data analytics to drive operational improvements.

  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or efficiency.

Requisitos mínimos

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering studies is a must (Industrial, Chemical, Food Industry, or similar).

  • Postgraduate studies at a prestigious business school will be a plus.

  • High English level.

  • Proven experience in a senior manufacturing management role in an international multisite environment.

  • Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • At least 3 years of experience working in an operational excellence environment or a related role.

  • Demonstrated expertise in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management systems.

  • Proven ability to leverage manufacturing processes, technologies, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.

  • Monitored and reported on key performance metrics, driving data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to make an impact, influence and the leadership required.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems.

  • Strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire.

  • Innovative thinker.
