Lead Daily Portfolio Operations: Independently manage and oversee the full lifecycle of the project portfolio, ensuring on-time delivery, strategic alignment, and continuous prioritization in response to evolving business needs.
ServiceNow PPM Ownership: Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow PPM, ensuring maximum utilization across project tracking, resource allocation, and performance management. Lead and implement configuration updates, process improvements, and user enablement.
Develop Custom Dashboards and Reporting: Build and maintain real-time, actionable dashboards and reports in ServiceNow for diverse stakeholder needs, including senior leadership. Deliver insights that support data-driven decisions and portfolio optimization.
Project Prioritization and Resource Management: Lead prioritization efforts, balancing demand with available resources. Proactively assess capacity constraints and align resource planning with strategic objectives.
Portfolio Monitoring and KPI Management: Track project and portfolio performance against defined KPIs using ServiceNow PPM. Identify trends, flag issues early, and initiate corrective actions to maintain portfolio health.
Risk Identification and Mitigation: Take ownership of portfolio-level risk management. Identify systemic risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure follow-through to safeguard delivery and outcomes.

Requisitos mínimos
Minimum 5+ years of portfolio management experience, with demonstrated autonomy in leading diverse project portfolios in dynamic environments.
Expert-level experience with ServiceNow PPM - proven track record in dashboard creation, performance tracking, system configuration, and user training.
Strong background in resource planning, project prioritization, and operational delivery, managing cross-functional dependencies and complex workflows.
Data-driven mindset with proven ability to analyze KPIs and ServiceNow data to drive strategic portfolio improvements.
