Project Manager Clinical Trial Logistics

- Salary: €40,000 gross per year
- Remote Work: 3 days/week
- Working Hours: Flexible start and end times
- Contract type: Full-time | 40 hours/week | Monday to Friday Initial | 3-month contract, renewable for an additional 3 months, with strong potential for long-term collaboration based on performance and business needs.

An international company specializing in logistics solutions for clinical trials is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-level strategic projects with both national and international scope.
This is a dynamic and demanding position, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing multiple responsibilities. You will be part of a team of over 20 Project Managers, working collaboratively across departments and with external clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 1015 simultaneous clinical trial logistics projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Coordinate internal teams across Operations, Technical Development, Supply Chain, and Business Development.
- Design and improve procedures to optimize processes and launch new services.
- Participate in client negotiations and support commercial and billing activities.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain direct communication with national and international clients.
Candidate Profile
- Experience as a Project Manager, ideally with external client interaction.
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Health Sciences, or similar.
- High level of English
- Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and management information systems.
