JOB DESCRIPTION


Calucem is a Specialty Cement producer and has been in Calcium Aluminate Cement (CAC) for around 100 years.


After nearly a century as leaders in calcium aluminate cement solutions, at Calucem, we take a step forward and renew our visual identity by aligning ourselves with the new identity of Molins, the company we belong to.


The Sales Manager is responsible of Sales performance for Southern Europe region in term of daily sales management to ensure the development of sales according to yearly budget targets. He oversees the implementation of the Calucem Global CAC sales strategy (turnover, profitability, distribution network) to develop the activity according to Medium Term Plan of the company. Sales Manager reports to CCTO to whom he is accountable for consolidating required information to monitor the company sales performance.



KEY RESPONSABILITIES


  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls within the region.

  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.

  • Meeting planned and strived to exceed sales goals.

  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

  • Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads, and follow-up calls/meetings.

  • Establish sales territories and manage sales distribution.

  • Recruit, interview, train, and on-board new sales representatives.

  • Research customer needs and requirements; implement new ideas/strategies to generate interest in sales.

  • Interact with sales representatives, team leaders/managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results.

  • Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business.

  • Analyse sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction and future revenue.

  • Follow-up on potential sales leads.

  • Coordinating with European Headquarter on lead generation as well a gaining market knowledge and insights.

  • Promoting the organization and products.

  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

  • Annual budgeting.

  • Regular forecasting but once every quarter in full detail (bottom up).

  • Active overdue management.

  • The employee is required to attend courses and training provided by the employer.

  • In the daily work, the employee obeys all procedures, quality plans, with special attention to environmental protection, hazardous waste and its disposal, and fully applies all rules of laws and regulations on safety at work.

Requisitos mínimos

We are hiring a professional who meets the following requirements:


  • College degree a must (chemical/engineering is a plus).

  • Spanish and English speaking fluent; English working proficiency.

  • 5 years’ experience in sales in Drymix/Chemical Construction industry.

  • Able to relocate or proven capacity for remote work.

  • Frequent traveling (if needed also and international traveling).

  • Skills: Proven autonomy/far-from-boss environments, results-driven, industry curious, effective communication, results driven, teamwork, cross-functional.

  • Knowledge and Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, Sales management (KAM, margins controls, distribution network), Sales projects management, Construction sector networking, Logistics know-how (freight transportation, inventory management), Proven autonomy/far-from-boss environments, Discipline for reporting and controlling, Results-driven, Effective communication, Teamwork.
