From Quality Temporal, we’re hiring a Sales & Client Relations Manager for a leading luxury property rental company based in Sitges. The company is known for offering exclusive service and unique experiences in some of the most stunning villas and estates in the area.
We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive and results-driven person, with native-level English, strong commercial instincts, and a natural sensitivity to high-end service standards. You should be a confident communicator, capable of understanding luxury clients’ expectations and offering creative, personalized attention.
Main Responsibilities:
-First point of contact for all clients: handle inquiries and guide guests through the booking process.
-Manage and build strong relationships with high-end clients, ensuring every detail is perfect.
-Use creativity and initiative to generate new leads and boost reservations.
-Promote properties via emails, calls, and original strategies.
-Collaborate with the team to enhance sales strategy, booking systems, and guest experience.
-Visit properties and meet the Sitges team during onboarding to connect with the brand and homes.
Requisitos mínimos
Requirements:
-Native English (Spanish is a plus, not required).
-Proven sales/hospitality/luxury rental experience.
-Confident, persuasive, with excellent communication skills.
-Independent and self-motivated.
-Comfortable in digital environments, time management, and results-oriented.
-Experience in luxury villa rentals is a plus.
