A successful SAP Hana Specialist should have:

• Expertise in SAP Hana XSA, technical architecture, memory management, and database scaling.


• Advanced knowledge of SDI and database objects (SAP and Oracle).


• Experience in optimizing performance, ensuring platform stability, and managing security/user access.


• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in multicultural teams.


• Familiarity with agile methodologies (ideally SAFe) and experience in cloud migrations.
