Importante organización ubicada en Bilbao precisa incorporar a su plantilla una persona para trabajar como Asistente/a de recopilación y análisis de datos-TIC

The successful candidate shall contribute to the preparation of a comprehensive user permissions report for the Agencys various tools and systems.

Under the supervision of the ICT Senior Manager and in close cooperation with ICT Officers, the successful candidate will first generate individual permission reports for each Agencys digital tool and system, compile them into a single consolidated report, and ensure the final document is accessible and understandable to a non-technical audience.

In more details, the successful candidate will provide support in the following areas and tasks:

Data Collection and Analysis:
Identify and catalog all tools and systems currently in use within the Agency.
Collect existing documentation and access records for each tool and system.
Coordinate with the ICT Officers to obtain the most recent user permissions data.

Report Generation:
Create detailed permission reports for each tool and system, highlighting user roles, access levels, and any discrepancies.
Utilise Excel to organize and analyze permission data.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data collected and reported

Report Compilation:
Consolidate individual permission reports into a unified, comprehensive document.
Develop clear and concise visualisations (charts, graphs, tables) to effectively present permission data.
Write executive summaries and detailed sections to explain findings, trends, and recommendations.

Documentation and Guide Updating
Review and update the Permission Audit User Guide to reflect current processes and standards.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure the guide is user-friendly and up-to-date.
Provide step-by-step instructions for conducting future permission audits, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Requisitos mínimos
EDUCATION:
Post-secondary education.

ESSENTIAL:
Good oral and written English
Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in using pivot tables, functions such as VLOOKUP, conditional formatting.
Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyse large datasets, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights.
Reporting Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or other documentation and presentation software.
Organizational Skills: High attention to details to ensure the accuracy and quality of reports.
Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrates a strong ability to work cooperatively within a team, sharing information and resources effectively.
Proactive Approach: Takes initiative in identifying issues and proposing solutions to enhance project outcomes.

ASSETS:
Cybersecurity Knowledge: Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, particularly related to user access management and permissions.
Experience in data analysis, report generation, or similar roles, would be an asset.
