As the brand continues its impressive global expansion, they are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the charge in scaling their reseller partnerships — particularly those that provide access to high-demand inventory.
Key Responsibilities
Reseller Partnerships – Build and manage relationships with high-volume resellers offering rare, authentic items
Inventory Strategy – Ensure a consistent pipeline of in-demand products from trusted partners
Market Expansion – Identify new markets and reseller communities with strategic potential
Revenue Growth – Grow supply and sales volume through relationship-led expansion
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with marketing, operations, product, and finance teams
Negotiation & Contracts – Secure win-win agreements and long-term partnerships
Team Leadership – Mentor and guide a business development team toward shared goals
Data-Driven Strategy – Use performance insights and trends to refine and optimize partnerships

Proven track record in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in e-commerce, fashion, or luxury resale
Active reseller network with consistent access to authentic, high-demand inventory
Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills
Experience in team management and driving performance outcomes
Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make strategy-driven decisions
Passion for sneaker culture, fashion, and resale industry
Background with brands like TikTok, The RealReal, JD.COM, Alibaba, Vestiaire Collective, Chrono24, WatchBox, Flightclub, etc. is a major plus
