Responsibilities

? Requirements
Fluency in Spanish (C1 or higher), both spoken and written
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking and problem-solving capabilities
Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
