Responsibilities
Research, write, and edit clear, creative prompts that follow tone and style guidelines
Create smooth and logical conversation flows for engaging user interactions
? Work on dialogues covering a wide range of topics—including sensitive content
Review and fact-check written content for clarity, accuracy, and quality
Propose new ideas for prompts and evaluate responses for improvement
Ensure consistent brand tone across all prompt content
Use user feedback and data insights to refine content and interaction quality
? Requirements
Native or fluent in Croatian (C1), fluent in English (B2)
Excellent command of grammar, language structure, and writing style
Creative thinker with a passion for crafting meaningful content
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Self-driven and comfortable working with minimal supervision
Comfortable working with sensitive or controversial topics
Able to simplify complex ideas and present them clearly
