OKU Hotels is a boutique collection of soulfully-curated, laidback luxury hotels, created for the modern traveler. Meticulously designed sanctuaries are conceived with barefoot luxury, local connections and slow living at heart.

OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey, Spain and the Maldives. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide, over the next five years.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

* Develop, implement, and oversee a diverse range of recreational, educational, and entertainment programs for children of all ages.
* Ensure all activities are safe, engaging, and aligned with the hotel's luxury service standards.
* Manage and train the Kids Club team, fostering a fun and professional environment.
* Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the Kids Club facilities and equipment.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with child safety and protection regulations.
* Work closely with parents to address concerns, provide information, and customize experiences for children.
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to integrate Kids Club activities with overall guest experiences.
* Develop partnerships with local educational and entertainment providers to enhance the Kids Club offerings.
* Manage the Kids Club budget efficiently, optimizing resources while maintaining high-quality service.
* Handle any guest concerns or incidents professionally and promptly.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* Passionate about hospitality and an enthusiastic demeanor, with a desire to represent the OKU philosophy in your professional environment.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in managing children’s programs within luxury hotels, resorts, or recreational centers.
* Degree in Early Childhood Education, Hospitality Management, Recreation, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of child safety regulations and guest service excellence.
* Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
* Previous Pre-Opening experience is a plus.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO

* Desarrollar, implementar y supervisar una variedad de programas recreativos, educativos y de entretenimiento para niños de todas las edades.
* Asegurar que todas las actividades sean seguras, atractivas y estén alineadas con los estándares de servicio de lujo del hotel.
* Gestionar y entrenar al equipo del Club Infantil, fomentando un ambiente divertido y profesional.
* Supervisar el mantenimiento y la limpieza de las instalaciones y el equipo del Club Infantil.
* Monitorear y garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad y protección infantil.
* Trabajar de cerca con los padres para abordar preocupaciones, proporcionar información y personalizar experiencias para los niños.
* Colaborar con otros departamentos del hotel para integrar las actividades del Club Infantil con la experiencia general de los huéspedes.
* Desarrollar alianzas con proveedores locales de educación y entretenimiento para mejorar las ofertas del Club Infantil.
* Gestionar eficientemente el presupuesto del Club Infantil, optimizando los recursos mientras se mantiene un servicio de alta calidad.
* Manejar cualquier preocupación o incidente de los huéspedes de manera profesional y rápida.


REQUISITOS DEL CANDIDATO/A

* Apasionado por la hospitalidad y con una actitud entusiasta, con el deseo de representar la filosofía OKU en su entorno profesional.
